The reservation of rooms is subject to the payment of the total amount including the rental of accommodation and extras requested.

Article 1 – Object

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in bed and breakfast. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner agrees to personally ensure the reception of guests with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

Article 2 – Length of stay

This contract is concluded for a fixed term, the signatory will in no circumstances be able to claim any right to remain the premises after the end of the contract period.

Article 3 – Booking and Conclusion of the contract

The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner the total amount of the price of the stay. Prices are inclusive of all charges.

Article 4- Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by the any means chosen by the customer.

1. Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation intervenes more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded by the owner.

2. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the deposit will be refunded by the owner.

3. If the client does not appear before 8 pm on the day of the beginning of the stay, without notifying the owner of a delay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his bed and breakfast. The deposit remains with the owner.

4. In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation will not be refunded by the owner except in the case of force majeure which must be proven.

Additional services not used will not be refunded.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner

When before the beginning of the stay, the owner is obliged to cancel a reservation; he must inform the customer by any fast means and will try to find a solution nearby for lodging with another host. The customer has no recourse for compensation for any inconvenience suffered but will be refunded immediately the sums paid if the proposed accommodation solution is not suitable without having to justify their choice.

Article 6 – Arrival

The client must be present on the day specified at the times agreed with the owner. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.

Article 7 – Breakfasts

Breakfasts are served between 8:30 and 10:45. A quarter of an hour before or after this time slot is accepted at the request of the customer.

Article 8- Payment of the balance

The balance is to be paid upon arrival at the owner if the whole has not been paid in advance.

Consumption and additional services will be paid at the end of stay to the owner if not paid before.

Article 9 – Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury. It is 0.70 euros per person per day. Children don’t have to pay the tourist tax.

Article 10 – Use of the premises

The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their destination. Meals should not be eaten in the bedrooms.  The customer agrees to leave the rooms in good condition and is obliged to declare any deterioration of which he could be responsible and to assume the cost of repairs

The whole house is a non-smoking area.

Article 11 – Capacity

This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of persons exceeds this number, the owner may refuse the additional people.

This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of forced departure of the group or extra people no refund will be considered.

Article 12 – Animals

Animals are allowed ON DEMAND and for 7 euros per day and per animal. They must be confined to the private garden area reserved for our guests. The customer agrees to assume any possible degradation caused by his animal. The animals should in no way disturb the rest and tranquillity of other guests nor enter the private spaces reserved for them.

Animals are not allowed to sleep on beds, sofas, or loungers, and must not enter the pool. Owners also agree not to leave their pet alone on the property for walks or visits without expressly asking us and depending on our availability

Article 13- Access to the swimming pool of the property

Access to the pool of the property is allowed from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19H00 under the full responsibility of the guests who must ensure their own safety and that of their children. No children are allowed to swim without the presence of one of his parents.
